CURRENT MISSISSIPPI LAW THAT'S BEING BROKEN AND DIGREGARDED BY THE ADAMS COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT, THE MISSISSIPPI SUPREME COURT (BY ONE SILENT VOTE*), ADAMS COUNTY SHERIFF AND MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY:

§ 45-33-23(a) : “Conviction” means that, regarding the person’s offense, there has been a determination or judgment of guilt as a result of a trial or the entry of a plea of guilty or nolo contendere regardless of whether adjudication is withheld.

Carey was cleared of any duty to register in Mississippi by a court of Law, Adams County, Mississippi, in April of 2012. This court proceeding was unlawfully ignored by Karren Ewing of the Adams County Sheriff and the Mississippi Department of Public Safety. In defiance to the Rule of Law, The Constitution and the Judiciary finding Mississippi placed Carey on their state registration. He further addressed the courts via this statute noted below which should not have been necessary. This is what happens when a citizen's basic Constitutional rights are eviscerated by the tyranny of government:

§ 45-33-47(4) : The offender will be required to continue registration for any sex offense conviction unless the conviction is set aside in any post-conviction proceeding, the offender receives a pardon, the charge is dismissed or the offender has received a court order pursuant to this section relieving him of the duty to register. Upon submission of the appropriate documentation to the department of one (1) of these occurrences, registration duties will be discontinued.
